The company GIDARI VTC 64, whose trade name is GIDARI VTC 64, is registered with the Bayonne Chamber of Trades and Crafts and is located at 7 Allée des fleurs, 64200 Biarritz.
Any order placed with GIDARI VTC 64 implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale (below), which form an integral part of the transport contract signed between GIDARI VTC 64 and its client.
RATES
The transfer rate applies to direct travel without stops from the pick-up point to the drop-off point, with the service ending immediately thereafter.
The amount of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle.
The minimum service charge is:
Minibus/bus: 4 hours during the day (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and 4 hours in the evening/night (8 p.m. to 8 a.m.),
Car and minivan: 4 hours day & night.
Our rates include 10% VAT, except for "chauffeur only" services and "all-inclusive" packages (20% VAT).
Rates apply to operations involving one vehicle of the same category. Beyond that, we reserve the right to increase these rates depending on the type and number of vehicles requested.
The prices quoted include all taxes and cover the vehicle, driver service, insurance for passengers, and fuel. Tolls and parking fees not initially included in the route are payable by the customer. The price quoted is per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers, with a maximum of 3/4 passengers for sedans, 4 to 8 passengers for minivans, and 9 to 64 passengers for buses and minibuses.
RESERVATION
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a quote based on the information provided. This quote, as part of a confirmation of services, must be returned to us dated, signed, and stamped, indicating your acceptance, and sent back by fax, mail, or email, in order to ensure compliance by both parties. The firm reservation of the vehicle(s) will only be taken into account upon receipt of a valid credit card number (+expiration date) and a deposit of 30 to 100% of the price indicated on the quote. Reservations by purchase order, agreement, or other means will only be accepted for large accounts.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PHOTOS OF VEHICLES ON THE WEBSITE ARE NON-CONTRACTUAL.
CANCELLATION
For any cancellation by the customer occurring 1 week before the start of the service, the following will be charged:
0% of the amount on car and minivan services;
30% of the amount for bus and minibus services.
Less than 72 hours in advance:
30% off car and minivan services;
70% of the amount for bus and minibus services.
For any reservation canceled 24 hours before the service:
100% of the amount for car and minivan services;
100% of the amount for bus and minibus services.
SERVICE
The service is valid only once, and if the customer is not present at the meeting place, the service will be permanently forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.
Any waiting time exceeding one hour will be billed at the hourly rate specified in our price list. Any additional hour started will be charged in full.
Any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be charged to the customer. Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. Seat belts must be worn in the back seats.
As our drivers are liable during the vehicle rental period, they are instructed to comply with and enforce applicable laws. Under no circumstances may the customer require the driver to exceed the speed limit or commit traffic violations.
GIDARI VTC 64 reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the driver notices that the customer is committing an offense, for example, the use of narcotics, but also if the behavior of the customers endangers the safety of the driver or that of the rented vehicles, or if the customers are insulting to the driver.
CHANGES DURING SERVICE
Any changes made by the customer to the itinerary during the service that result in changes to the program may incur additional charges to be paid on site or at the end of the service.
In the event of a change to the route or its duration by the client, the driver will note this on the assignment order and have it signed by the person in charge. In the event of a change to the duration due solely to the client's decision, the costs incurred will be borne by the client.
RULES
Our services are payable within 45 days, except for customers with an account at our establishment. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and cash.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLAUSES
GIDARI VTC 64 cannot be held responsible for delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control: road closures, bridges closed to traffic, diversions, flooded roads, traffic jams, police, customs or fire department operations on the road, etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
GIDARI VTC 64 cannot be held liable for delays due to force majeure: strikes, weather conditions, terrorist attacks, riots, etc. (without this list being exhaustive).
In the event of vehicle immobilization during the journey due to mechanical failure, accident, or damage (theft, vandalism), GIDARI VTC 64 will endeavor to ensure the continuity of the journey, either with one of its own vehicles or with a vehicle chartered from another company, and undertakes to notify the client.
INSURANCE
GIDARI VTC 64's liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy. The client is free to take out additional insurance at their own expense to cover cancellation fees, repatriation costs, or luggage coverage, without this list being exhaustive.
POLICE AND SECURITY RULES
The vehicle and driver will be equipped with the necessary documents to ensure the smooth running of the entire service.
The client and passengers are required to comply with the regulations applicable to persons and their luggage in the countries crossed. In accordance with the law in force in all public places, smoking is strictly prohibited on board our vehicles.
In accordance with the provisions of the liquor license code, it is prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles. Seat belts must be worn by all passengers in vehicles equipped with this safety feature.
